Ways to sign in
The same account works everywhere Esmerum runs. Signing in through the browser, the desktop app or Android leads to the same library, the same pending reviews and the same automations.
- Email and password.
- Google account.
- Microsoft account.
- Password recovery by email, when the password is gone.
What you find after signing in
The app reopens on the last Project you used, with the tabs where you left them. Reviews that came due while you were away are already counted, and scheduled automations kept running on the server the whole time.
Studying is local-first: reviews you answered without a connection stayed on the device and upload as soon as the session returns, with nothing duplicated and nothing lost.
Frequently asked questions
I forgot my password. How do I get back in?
Ask for password recovery on the sign-in screen: a reset link is sent to the registered email address.
Can I use the same account on several devices?
Yes. The same account works on the web, in the desktop app (Windows, macOS and Linux) and on Android, with content synced between them.
What happens to reviews I answered offline?
They stay on the device and sync when the connection returns. Studying is not interrupted by a lack of network.
